DynamiQ Voices is het eerste queer koor van Utrecht waarbij jonge leden (18+) de kleurrijke LGBTQIA+ community vertegenwoordigen. Met de verbindende kracht van muziek maakt het koor een dynamische connectie met het publiek.
Het koor biedt vanaf januari 2022 een muzikaal ‘thuis’ in Utrecht. Als DynamiQ Voices willen wij ons voornamelijk richten op optredens van betekenis voor de LGBTQIA+ community, zoals tijdens Prides, het Europese LGBT korenfestival Various Voices (Bologna, 2023), educatieve/maatschappelijke projecten, en meer!
Muzikaal gezien richt DynamiQ Voices zich op popmuziek, met af en toe uitstapjes naar andere genres.
DynamiQ Voices is the first queer choir of Utrecht where young members (age 18+) represent the colourful LGBTQIA+ community. By using the power of music, the choir makes a dynamic connection with the public.
The choir offers a ‘home’ in Utrecht starting from January 2022. As DynamiQ Voices, we want to focus on performances with a meaning for the LGBTQIA+ community, such as during Prides, the European LGBT choir festival Various Voices (Bologna, 2023), educational / social projects, and more!
Music wise, DynamiQ Voices focuses on pop music mostly, with some ‘excursions’ into other genres from time to time.
